What you need to know
A platform similar in functionality to Blinkit is not one mobile app. It can include customer ordering, catalogue and inventory, store picking, delivery assignment, live status, payments, refunds, offers, support and an operations control panel. Cost depends on rollout geography, order volume, integration depth and which workflows are automated in the first phase.
Map the operating model before features
Quick commerce depends on where stock is held, who fulfils an order, how delivery capacity is assigned and which service area can promise which items. A marketplace connecting independent stores has a different system than an operator managing its own dark stores.
Define ownership of catalogue, price, stock, picking, delivery and customer support before designing the applications.

A realistic phased roadmap
Start with one city zone, limited stores, a controlled catalogue and a small delivery team. Manual operational controls are acceptable in a pilot when they are visible and safe. Automate dispatch optimization, forecasting and sophisticated promotions after order flow is validated.

What changes the estimate most
Multiple applications, real-time location, inventory accuracy, payment/refund flows and production operations drive more work than visual similarity to a famous app. Scale planning also affects caching, queues, observability and cloud setup.
A proposal should state transaction assumptions and third-party fees for maps, messaging, payments and cloud infrastructure.
